1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the akbar ka platform at akbarka.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and akbar ka. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this document.

Important: These terms apply to all sections of the akbar ka platform including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and Slots. Additional game-specific rules may apply in individual sections and should be read alongside these general terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use akbar ka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age. Akbar ka does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18, without exception.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, address, and payment details.
You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local rules.
You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform, including akbar ka itself.

Akbar ka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.

If it is discovered that a player provided false information during registration — including a false date of birth — the account will be closed immediately and any balance within it may be forfeited.

Age Verification: Akbar ka takes underage gambling seriously. We use verification checks at registration and may request additional documentation at any time. Accounts suspected of being used by a minor will be suspended pending investigation.

3. Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the akbar ka platform. This applies per individual, per household, and per shared device. Multiple accounts operated by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms.

If duplicate accounts are identified, akbar ka reserves the right to:

Immediately close all duplicate accounts
Cancel any pending withdrawals across those accounts
Void any bonus funds or winnings generated across duplicate accounts
Retain deposits where there is evidence of deliberate misuse or bonus abuse

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow another person to access and operate your account. Akbar ka is not responsible for any losses arising from an account being accessed by someone you have shared credentials with.

Account names cannot be transferred and accounts cannot be sold, assigned, or otherwise passed to another individual under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the akbar ka platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any point. Your account balance always reflects PKR amounts directly.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

JazzCash — instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals
Easypaisa — instant processing for both deposits and withdrawals
Raast — fast interbank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system
Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply, typically same day
Debit and Credit Cards
Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the payments section of your account

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit that funded the relevant balance. Akbar ka does not send withdrawals to a different payment method than the one originally used, as a security measure against fraud.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Akbar ka does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply and are outside our control.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process quickly. Bank transfers may take longer. Pending withdrawals may be delayed if your account requires additional verification. Timelines shown at the time of your request are estimates, not guarantees.

Akbar ka reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to identity verification, source of funds checks, and review of betting history. This is standard practice and is applied fairly across all accounts. Cooperation with these checks is required to receive your withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Akbar ka offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
Akbar ka reserves the right to withdraw or adjust any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of offer terms.
Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
Certain game types — such as specific slots, Live Casino tables, or sports markets — may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. This will be stated in the offer terms.

Bonus Abuse: Coordinated betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — sometimes called bonus hunting or arbitrage betting — are considered abuse of bonus terms. Akbar ka reserves the right to remove bonuses and void associated winnings where such activity is identified.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The akbar ka platform offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, and Slots. Each section operates under its own game-specific rules in addition to these general terms. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.

Sports Betting:

Bets placed on Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — Football, Esports, and other markets are subject to the specific market rules published for each event.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or edited by the player.
In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the relevant market rules for that event type.
Akbar ka reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, or suspicious betting activity.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. There may be brief suspension of markets during key moments of a match — for example, at the fall of a wicket in a PSL T20 — and bets cannot be placed during these suspensions.

Live Casino:

Live Casino games — including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show formats — are streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and any relevant physical game equipment.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game system. Akbar ka is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection dropping during a round.
Stake limits per table are displayed before you join. By joining a table, you accept the stated limits.

Slots:

All slot games on the akbar ka platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are random and independent of previous results.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee any outcome within a particular session.
Progressive jackpots, where available, accumulate across play and are paid out when triggered according to the specific game's rules.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your akbar ka account credentials, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Akbar ka will never contact you to request your password via any channel — not by email, live chat, phone call, or any other method. If anyone claiming to represent akbar ka asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

8. Responsible Gaming

Akbar ka is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or solve financial problems. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools:

Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Requests to increase a limit take effect after a cooling-off period. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for your gaming sessions. When the timer expires, your session will close automatically.
Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. Your balance is preserved during this period.
Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent suspension of your account. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period. This option is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

9. Privacy & Data

Akbar ka collects personal data that is necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

10. Account Termination

You may close your akbar ka account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or verification steps are pending.

Akbar ka reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules
Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
Multiple accounts operated by the same individual
Evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing activity
Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
Account being operated by a person under 18 years of age
Any activity that akbar ka reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, akbar ka reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance, including deposits and winnings, depending on the nature of the breach. Where the closure is for other reasons and no breach is confirmed, your PKR balance will be returned in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

The akbar ka platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akbar ka shall not be liable for:

Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical fault, service interruption, or system error outside our control
Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform that may have become inaccurate due to a data error or delay
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including but not limited to liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Technical Issues: In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, akbar ka will investigate and resolve the matter in a fair and reasonable manner. Where a fault results in an incorrectly settled bet, the correct outcome based on available evidence will be applied.

12. Changes to These Terms

Akbar ka reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify active players of significant changes via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the akbar ka platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and retrieve your PKR balance.
